We used Quality Fence & Outdoor to replace sections of our aging fence and were very pleased with the results. Not only was the work a high standard, but their customer service went way above and beyond what is “standard.” While demolition and removal of our existing fence was part of the quote, they offered to remove several other wood items on our patio at no extra charge. “We have the space, so why not?” We will absolutely use Quality Fence & Outdoor again for any of our fencing needs

The owners, John and Mike were great. John was on site during the project, and communicated with me great. He was very helpful communicating between my neighbor and I, since I could not be home while the work was done. Everything turned out better than I had expected, and the price was more than fair. When I called to set up the estimate his response was quick. The day he came out he was very professional. He was the only one out of all the contractors was concerned about the underground utilities and my neighbors fencing. He also was the only one who sent me a copy of their bonded and insurance policy. When we decided to use them he was quick with setting a date for construction. The job took one day and we, including our neighbor are very pleased with the fence and gates that were installed. We recommend this company for all your fencing needs.

QFO did a good job on our multi-family fence project overall, but what really set them apart was the owner, coming back to ensure the job was done right, replaced split boards, etc. He personally spent a full day doing this after the crew had completed their work. Make sure you’re dealing with QFO.
